In you are unhappy with any product received from Slateism please read the below information on returning the item:


Refunds:
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund of the cost of that item. 
We will not question the refund if we receive it within 14 days of it being delivered to you. 

To receive the refund please post the unwanted item to our Returns Office:

In order to receive your refund you must also include a written letter stating your full name and order number. Once all details are received your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

If you wish to apply for a refund and more than 14 days have passed since your receipt of the item/s you will have to apply for the Refund Under Exceptional Circumstances. For more information on this please email: admin@slateism.com. In this case each refund will be individually considered.


Exchanges:
You may exchange any item, within 14 days of receipt of the item, for another item which is the same or lesser price. 
If the item you wish to receive in exchange is more than the original item, then the additional money will have to be sent along with the unwanted item to our returns office. If the item you wish to receive in exchange is less than the original item, the remaining money will be refunded to you.

In order to receive your exchange you must also include a written letter stating which item/s you would like to receive in Exchange, including the full name of the item and the cost of the item. The letter must also include your full name and order number. Once all details are received your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
